Delivery Information

Our delivery service is currently available within Hong Kong SAR only.

STANDARD DELIVERY: Once your order is placed on Re:store Online Shop it will be reviewed in 24 hours. Orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days upon us receiving your order. You can enjoy free standard delivery service for a net purchase of HK$500 or above.

SHIPPING FEE

Our general delivery policy is listed below:

  • Delivery service is free when your net spending is HK$500 or more per order

  • Delivery service is available with HK$50 additional delivery fee for orders with net amount below HK$500

  • Pick up at S.F. Store or S.F. Self Pick Locker is also available. Should you have any enquiries, please contact SF express: (852) 2730 0273.

  • If delivery is delayed, postponed or rescheduled due to traffic, weather, different district or other factors, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage, no matter whether the factor which causes the delay, postponement or rescheduling is within the control of the Company or not.

 

AREAS IN SERVICE

  • Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands). This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands

  • P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address

  • An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require for an order to be delivered to multiple addresses, a separate order is required for each address.

STANDARD SHIPPING SCHEDULE

  • Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 3-5 business days. For remote areas, it might take 1-2 additional business days

  • Monday to Saturday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm

  • Delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays

  • ​Your shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed. Re:store is not liable for incorrect address on the invoice
    • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements

    • All orders must be signed for on delivery

SF Express Lockers (Hong Kong, SAR of China only)

  • Orders can be delivered to SF Express Lockers as selected by customer at checkout

  • The Hong Kong, SAR of China phone number entered should be able to receive SF express SMS notifications

  • The shipment will be ready in 1-2 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability

  • Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 2-3 business days. Customer will receive an SMS notification with the locker PIN upon delivery

  • Customer should retrieve their order from the selected locker

  • The item must be picked up within 30 hours of SMS notification. Should there be any difficulties, please directly contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline at +852 2730 0273

 

Shipment Tracking/ Change of Shipping Address:

  • Please contact SF Express to track your shipment (standard delivery service)

  • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.

  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded
